Approximately 20 years ago an Engineer Technologist friend of mine became spellbound by the stupendous opportunities available to every one, regardless of their age, sex, race, income, education or even available capital, in the then “Multi-Level Pyramid Industry”. An industry which has evolved into the Network Marketing Industry and continues to prevail creating thousand of millionaires yearly, even though rampant with every form of unethical principles practised by many of these so call great Companies and their Notorious players (Leaders).

Leaders or (Con Artists), who even today still continue to exist like vultures, using their fragile authority on their group (down-line?) convincing them that the secret to success, is “Stock Piling” inventory simply to achieve higher PIN LEVELS. A situation which continuously creates a HUGE MONSTER. The kind wearing the BIG PIN but with absolutely no understanding of the personal skills, professionalism, dedication and humility required to build a solid group of strong knowledgeable leaders who will consistently achieve personal mental growth, in the areas of people management, and pertinent business skills in order to love, believe-in, respect and nurture the growth of their eager, and enthusiastic team players from strength to strength, there-by preparing the ground work for a solid foundation.

I am sure you are aware of the expose a few weeks ago regarding the famous or perhaps infamous “Miracle Juices”. For many, many years and perhaps Billions of (Blood) dollars people were fooled, regarding the outrageous healing powers one would receive by consuming this concoction. Only to be exposed by the CBC MARKETPLACE on Television.

How pitiful! What a slap in the face yet again for this marvelous Industry. And I know, like you also know, there are many other unethical, unscrupulous players still to be caught.

My good friend still believes in this tremendous industry although there are millions of bad apples. He still believes anyone can seriously change their life and the lives of other people in a positive manner. But like with any other business opportunity there must be a proven system, together with integrity, respect, love for one another, honest work ethics and the ultimate desire to “do onto others as you would want them do onto you”.

Next week we will begin the steps used by my good friend to build an organization of over 10,000 team players with a system of duplication designed to create strong leaders. A system which also includes building wealth with the free-time to enjoy the wealth which can be created.

A system where one can stop trading time for a pay check and instead duplicate one’s time and effort to create long term Royalty Income.
