Solve Normal MP3-MP4 Problems By Yourself
Nowadays, many digital products become more and more popular in our daily life, such as MP3/MP4,camera, cellphone and so on. Howerer, different kinds of problems occur at the same time we use them. Here some of the normal problems have been listed, follow this you can solve some MP3/MP4 problems by yourself.

Disk error

The disk error problem may occur if some corrupted files are stored in the player or if the USB connection is disrupted while data is still being transferred. Please try to format the player with Windows Explorer (use FAT16/FAT32 as system files). Normally, the disk error problem will be resolved.

Player restarts itself while playing music

It may be due to some corrupted files being stored in the player. Please try to play a few seconds of each song from your PC. Delete those unreadable files in the player. The problem will be rectified once those unreadable files are removed.

Format error

The format error problem will occur if other formats / DRM-protected wma of music files are stored in the player. The player only recognizes files in mp3 and wma formats (wma without DRM/licensed). If you want to store other audio files or wma files with DRM (purchased at online music website), please rip those files using an application such as the Windows Media Players and transfer those ripped mp3 songs onto the player.

Only used up partial capacity and unable to transfer more files to the player

Due to the limitation of the two digits display on the screen, the player will limit maximum of 99 files under the root directory. Please create more first level folders and store maximum of 99 files under each folder.

Unable to hold charge

Try to charge your player by the following method.
1. Slide the switch to ON.
2. Hook up the player via the USB cord with your computer.
3. Charge it for at least 5 hours, but not over 8 hours.
4. After charging, slide the switch back to OFF, then slide the switch to ON again.
5. Press the play button for a few seconds in order to power it on.
6. Operate the player and see how long it can last.

Shows no files

It may be due to music files being stored under subfolders (second or third level folders). Please move those files back to the root directory or into the first level folders.
